Terms of Service

1. The Service

ARC AI provides crypto research tools: AI token analysis, agent signals, market news, launch tracking, a project directory and related APIs. Information is generated automatically from public on-chain and market data and AI models, and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Risk scores, signals and articles are informational. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Please read our disclaimer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use the Service where you live. You sign in by connecting a wallet you control. You are responsible for your wallet, devices and everything done under your account. We never need your seed phrase.

4. Plans, payments and boosts

• Paid plans and boosts are priced in USD and paid in SOL or USDC on Solana. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Payments are verified on-chain and access activates automatically once confirmed. You pay any network fees.
• A boost provides featured placement for the stated period. It does not guarantee traffic, rankings, investment or any result, and boosted projects are not endorsed by ARC AI.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Promotional free access (such as early access until December 31, 2026) may end as announced; we will show pricing before anything is charged.

5. Projects you submit

If you submit or claim a project, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a licence to display, analyse and publish it on the Service. We may edit, reject, label or remove listings, including for suspected scams, impersonation or misleading claims. AI reports reflect the data available and are not negotiable on request.

6. Acceptable use

• No scraping or automated access beyond the documented API and reasonable rate limits.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass security or paywalls.
• No fraud, scams, market manipulation, impersonation, or use of the Service to promote them.
• No use that breaks applicable laws or sanctions.

7. API and MCP server

The public API and MCP server are provided free and “as is”. We may change endpoints, add rate limits or block abusive use. If you publish our data, please credit ARC AI with a link.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, reports and articles belong to ARC AI. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Token names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Third-party content and links

We show data from and link to third parties (blockchains, DEXs, data providers, project websites). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or for any transactions you make with them.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARC AI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms or to protect users and the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. The date at the top shows the latest version.
