Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ARC AI. If something went wrong, this policy explains your options.
Quick Summary
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of a subscription charge if you contact us within 48 hours of the billing date and have not made significant use of premium features during that period.
“Significant use” means: running more than 5 AI analyses, downloading more than 3 reports, or making more than 50 API calls using the paid-tier quota during the refund window.
Refund requests outside the 48-hour window will be considered on a case-by-case basis for circumstances such as technical failures that prevented access to the service.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@arcai.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address or wallet address associated with your account
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro or Elite subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. After cancelling:
- You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the period
- Your data (reports, watchlists, signal history) is preserved
4. Boost Token Purchases
Boost token purchases are non-refundable once a boost has been activated for a project listing. If you purchased boost tokens but have not yet activated a boost, contact us within 24 hours and we will consider a refund at our discretion.
5. Service Failures
If ARC AI experiences a significant outage (more than 4 hours of downtime in a billing period) we will offer affected Pro/Elite users either a prorated credit or an extension of their subscription at our discretion. Check arcai.io/status for platform uptime history.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved. We cooperate fully with payment processors to resolve legitimate disputes.
