ARC AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a crypto intelligence platform at arcai.io. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the data we process.

Because ARC AI uses wallet-based authentication, we do not require you to provide your name, email address, or government ID to use the platform. Your wallet address serves as your identifier.

Data you provide directly:

• Wallet address — collected when you connect a wallet to authenticate.
• Token inputs — contract addresses, tickers, and names you submit for analysis.
• Alert preferences — token price thresholds and signal confidence levels you configure.
• Bookmarks — projects you save to your watchlist.
• API keys — generated keys for Elite API access (keys are hashed and never stored in plain text).

Data collected automatically:

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.
• Log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, timestamps.
• Session data — encrypted session cookies used to keep you logged in.
• Performance data — page load times and error logs for service improvement.

Data we do NOT collect:

• Your name, email, phone number, or government-issued ID.
• Your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
• Your financial account details or bank information.
• Biometric data of any kind.

We use the data we collect to:

• Authenticate and manage your account.
• Deliver AI signals, reports, and market data relevant to your plan.
• Trigger price alerts and in-app notifications based on your preferences.
• Enforce plan limits (signal quotas, API rate limits).
• Improve and develop the platform, including training and refining AI models.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with advertising networks.

We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party services (e.g., cloud infrastructure, database providers) strictly for operating the platform. These providers are contractually bound to handle data only as instructed by us.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

We use a minimal set of cookies:

• Session cookie: A secure, HTTP-only cookie that keeps you authenticated. It expires when your session ends or after a set period of inactivity. This cookie is essential and cannot be disabled without logging out.
• Preference cookies: Optional cookies that remember your UI preferences (e.g., selected tab, theme).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not use fingerprinting or behavioral tracking for advertising purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), HTTP-only session cookies, hashed API keys, and access controls on our infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, disconnect your wallet immediately and contact us.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the platform, your data may be retained for up to 12 months before deletion, unless we are required to retain it longer for legal compliance.

Aggregated and anonymized usage data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytics and model improvement.

Publicly submitted token analyses are retained to build the platform's shared intelligence history and may remain visible after account deletion.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Portability of data in a machine-readable format.

ARC AI integrates with third-party data providers to deliver its services:

• CoinGecko — market price and coin data. Subject to CoinGecko's own privacy policy.
• Helius — Solana on-chain data (wallet activity, token holders). Subject to Helius's privacy policy.
• Groq — AI inference for signal generation. Data sent to Groq does not include your personal account information.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
