Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you browse

You can read the feed, news, project pages and run token analyses without an account. Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention and debugging.

When you connect a wallet

• Public wallet address — used as your account identifier after you sign a sign-in message.
• Account activity — watchlists, followed projects, submitted projects, generated reports, verification and boost requests.
• Optional details — anything you add yourself, such as a display name, email address or project links.
• Payments — the on-chain transaction signature, amount, token (SOL or USDC) and what it paid for. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.

We never ask for, and never store, your seed phrase or private keys. Signing in never moves funds.

When you subscribe to the newsletter

If you sign up for ARC AI Weekly we store your email address, the signup date and where you signed up. We send a confirmation email first and only mail you after you confirm. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all newsletter email immediately. Emails are delivered by our email provider (Resend), which processes your address only to deliver them.

2. Cookies and local storage

We use one essential, encrypted session cookie (axon_session) to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage for preferences such as theme and wallet-connection state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

To count visitors we record page views on our own server, without cookies: the page path, the referring website, your device type, and an anonymous visitor ID made from a one-way hash of your IP address and browser user agent. We never store your IP address itself, and this data is not shared with anyone.

3. How we use information

• To provide the service: sign-in, watchlists, reports, project listings, boosts and plan access.
• To verify payments on-chain and activate what you paid for.
• To keep the platform secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
• To reply when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

To deliver the service we rely on providers that process limited data on our behalf or receive public requests:

• Wallet connection — Reown (WalletConnect) and your wallet app handle the connection between your wallet and ARC AI.
• Blockchain and market data — RPC and data providers (e.g. Solana RPC nodes, DexScreener, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, GoPlus, RugCheck, GitHub) receive token or contract addresses we look up, not your identity.
• AI processing — public token and market data is sent to AI model providers to write summaries and news. We do not send your personal data for this.
• Email delivery — Resend sends newsletter and confirmation emails to subscribers.
• Hosting — our servers and database are run by our hosting provider.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security. Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. Public content you submit (such as a project listing) may stay visible unless you ask us to remove it.

6. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect your wallet at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data linked to your wallet address by emailing team@arcai.io from a channel where we can confirm you control that wallet. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone.

7. Security

Sessions are encrypted, traffic is served over HTTPS and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your wallet and devices.

8. Children

ARC AI is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
