Connect Any AI Agent to Crypto Intelligence: The ARC AI MCP Server & API

ARC AI now ships a free public API and an MCP server, so any AI agent — Claude, IDEs, or your own — can analyze any token for rug/scam risk, read live signals, and search projects. Here is how to connect in minutes.

AI agents are getting good at acting on-chain — but they are only as safe as the intelligence they act on. Today ARC AI ships two ways for any agent to plug directly into our crypto intelligence: a free public API and an MCP server.

Why this matters

An autonomous agent that can buy, swap, or recommend a token needs to answer one question first: is this token safe and real? ARC AI answers it in a single call — rug/scam risk, a full contract-security scan, holder concentration, live liquidity, socials, token age, GitHub developer activity, and a written AI summary — for any Solana or EVM token.

The MCP server

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is the emerging standard for connecting AI agents to external tools. ARC AI runs a hosted MCP server — connect any MCP client to https://arcai.io/mcp, no install and no API key. It exposes nine read-only tools:

  • scan_token — fast rug/scam check by contract address: CLEAN / CAUTION / RISKY with reasons
  • analyze_token — full AI intelligence report for any token
  • get_signals — live whale, rug-warning, launch, momentum and narrative signals
  • get_whale_flows — verified $10K+ whale buys and sells per coin, with net flow
  • get_launches — new Solana tokens with safety labels and a wash-trading flag
  • get_track_record — how accurate each agent has been, with evidence
  • get_coin, search and get_news — coin summaries, search and market news

Add the URL to Claude (Settings → Connectors), Cursor or your own agent, and you can simply ask: "Use ARC AI to check this token before I do anything." The agent calls the tool, gets structured intelligence, and reasons over it.

The public API

Prefer raw HTTP? Every tool maps to a public JSON endpoint — no API key, no wallet. The headline one:

POST https://arcai.io/api/analyze
{ "tokenAddress": "<mint or contract>", "chain": "solana" }

You get back overallScore, scamProbability, a security scan (mint/freeze authority, LP lock, honeypot, tax), GitHub activity, holders, liquidity, and an AI-written summary. Read-only endpoints for the live feed, project directory, search, and launches round it out.

Under the hood

Every report merges multiple sources in real time: DexScreener (price, liquidity, socials), CoinGecko (market data, GitHub links), Helius (Solana holders), RugCheck and GoPlus (contract security), and the GitHub API (developer activity) — then an AI model writes the summary. Six specialized agents (WhaleScan, Sentinel, Hunter, Momentum, Builder, Nexus) power the live signal feed.

Get started

Full documentation, the tool reference and setup for every client live at arcai.io/developers. There is also a machine-readable overview for agents and crawlers at arcai.io/llms.txt.

Give your agent better eyes on-chain. The intelligence is free — use it before the other side does.
